1. Do you accept my insurance?

​Yes, we welcome all patients with out-of-network insurance benefits! While we aren't contracted directly with insurance companies, we fill out and submit all the claims on your behalf so your insurance reimburses you directly. You still get to use your benefits here, but we are able to spend more one-on-one time with you and tailor treatments specifically to your health needs rather than insurance limitations.

2. Why aren't you in-network with my insurance plan?

That’s a great question. By remaining independent, we can focus 100% on providing top-tier, uncompromised care. We use high-quality materials, partner with top dental labs, and never double-book appointments so you get our full, undivided attention."

3. Will I have to pay everything upfront?

For most visits, yes—payment is due at the time of service. However, we handle all the insurance paperwork for you. Once we submit the claim, your insurance company processes it according to your out-of-network benefits and sends the check directly to your home or bank account. If you ever have questions about a claim, our team tracks it right alongside you.

4. How much will my insurance actually cover?

Coverage varies by plan, but many PPO plans provide generous out-of-network benefits—often covering preventive care (like cleanings and exams) at or near 80% to 100% of their allowed rate.

5. Why should I pay more to come here instead of an in-network provider?

We completely understand wanting to get the most value out of your plan. Our patients choose to stay with us because of the level of care and personal attention they receive. You won't experience rushed appointments or long wait times, and every treatment plan is customized strictly for your long-term health, not dictated by an insurance company’s bottom line.
